About Us
A Growing Church
First Calvary Pentecostal Church is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the Pentecostal Christian faith; to maintain the worship of God and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings.
We pledge our lives to Christ and our covenant with each other; to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community.

Statement Of Faith
We Believe: …
1. In the verbal inspiration of the Scriptures, both the Old and the New Testaments.

2. Our God is a trinity in Unity, manifested in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3. In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His sinless life, in his miracles, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory.

4. The regeneration by the Holy Spirit for the salvation of lost and sinful man, through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ, is absolutely essential.

5. In a life of holiness, without which no man can see the Lord, through sanctification as a definite, yet progressive, work of grace.

6. In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, received subsequent to the new birth, with the speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives utterance, as the initial physical sign and evidence.

7. In water baptism by immersion for believers only, which is a direct commandment of our Lord, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

8. In the Lord’s supper.

9. That divine healing is provided for all in the atonement, and is available to all who truly believe.

10. In the premillennial second coming of Jesus: First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet Him in the air; and, Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.

11. In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
